A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of the B-to-pur vehicle.

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.213% of blood alcohol level around 17:00, and led the Defendant to drive the said car before the entrance of the Boyang-ri village at the Boyang-si, Boyang-si.
