A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business in the name of “C” on the first floor of the area B in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall engage in physical contact between unspecified persons, exposure to a sealed part, etc., or engage in any other similar activity in an educational environment protection zone for the purpose of protecting the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students, and engage in any activity determined by the Juvenile Protection Committee and publicly announced by the director of the department of female family;
