A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Embezzlement;
A. On April 1, 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement around January 19, 2012, and embezzled one set of the machine learning center equivalent to KRW 78,300,000, which was kept in custody by the victim glion Co., Ltd., and embezzled it to E.
B. Around June 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement on February 15, 2012, and embezzled one of the 78,3300,000 won (which was kept in custody by delivery from the victim filial Capital Co., Ltd.) to E, and embezzled it.

On November 2015, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement around November 1, 2010, and embezzled the amount of KRW 81,400,000,000,000, which was in custody by delivery from the two capitals of the victim Co., Ltd. to E, and embezzled it.
2. From November 2010, the Defendant was in custody of one machine learning center, which was handed over by two Capital Capitals Co., Ltd. under a lease contract, as set out in the foregoing D from around November 201, and as set forth in paragraph 1(c).
The enforcement officer F, under the delegation of the execution of the debtor's two capitals of Suwon F, Inc., a creditor company, ordered the execution of the provisional disposition, and attached to the above machine mining center a notice stating the same content as the above execution purpose, on May 9, 2013, 2013, stating that the land price for the possession, transfer, and disposal of the movable property, which is the object of execution, shall be cancelled by the original copy of the disposal decision, and the execution officer shall, on the condition that the execution officer shall not change the present state, permit the debtor to use it, and the debtor shall not transfer, establish the pledge, or otherwise dispose of the said property, transfer the possession to another party, or change the name of the owner.
Nevertheless, the defendant, around November 2015, stored the said machine learning center to E and damaged the above provisional disposition mark.
