A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From April 9, 2001 to October 1, 2002, the Defendant was aware that the victim C (V, 25 years of age) was enrolled in the E elementary school located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, where he was employed as a DNA player at the time when he was enrolled in the E elementary school, E elementary school, where the victim was under instruction from the Defendant refuses the Defendant’s request, the Defendant was able to force or force the movement if he did so, thereby attempting to rape the victim by taking advantage of his superior position.
