A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall obtain money 120,000 won by fraud from B who is an applicant for compensation and shall obtain money from C.

Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 2545"
1. On March 14, 2019, the fraud Defendant posted a notice to the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-gu R Sho-gu, Ansan-si stating that “Sho-gu shall sell a new type of equipment for 140,000 won or more” on the Internet T, and falsely stated that “the Defendant would send money to the Defendant U.S. who reported and contacted the said writing to the victim U.S. who sent money.”
However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to use only the money for the goods by deceiving the victim, and did not have the aforementioned “new debt-backed equipment,” so even if receiving the money for the goods from the victim, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to deliver the “new debt-backed equipment.”
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 140,00 from the victim to the V bank W account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 21,82,00 from 90 total sum of the price of the goods from 90 victims until June 12, 2019, as shown in Attached Table 2 Crime List 1.
2. On March 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) connected to the illegal gambling site “X” opened and operated by the winners of a smartphone at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) deposited game money by remitting KRW 70,000 from the account in the name of the Defendant’s name to the ZB bank account (A) in the name of the pertinent website operator; and (c) downloading Bara gambling (for use of the card; (d) with the number of card numbers received from the banker and display, which has a high number of 1.95 times the number of card numbers received from the banker and display, by means of losing the total amount of 1.95 times dividends on the side; and (d) deposited 100 days from May 28, 2019 to May 28, 2019 to the above cyber site’s account designated by the proprietor.
