The defendant's KRW 90,000,000 and its interest to the plaintiff shall be 20% per annum from July 16, 2010 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the claim for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 16, 2010 to the date of full payment.
