The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Where a cooperative member requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related materials concerning the implementation of an improvement project, the executive officers of the cooperative shall comply with such request within 15 days.

Nevertheless, on April 18, 2016, the Defendant, as the head of the DD Housing Redevelopment and Development Project Association, did not comply with the request within 15 days, even if he/she received a copy of the general meeting minutes from E on April 9, 2016, which is a member of the said association, for a copy of the general meeting minutes, a list of members present at the general meeting, a list of members present at the general meeting, and a copy of the general meeting’s written resolution.
