1. The Defendant: (a) from January 8, 2016 to Plaintiff A, KRW 16,206,659, KRW 1,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the above amounts.

Basic Facts
Plaintiff
A is a person who has undergone a sex surgery at the “Csung Foreign Medical Center” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and the Plaintiff B is the husband of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is the doctor of the instant hospital.
On January 8, 2016, the Defendant performed a sex surgery on the part of the Plaintiff A in a general anesthesia (hereinafter “instant surgery”).
At the time of the instant surgery, the Defendant used an electric operation equipment used for sacrine, tissue saving, and sacrine (this operation equipment operates in a way that sacrine and plates contact the patient’s body with the part of the electric operation equipment by which electric current flows into the patient’s body; hereinafter “the instant electric operation equipment”). Plaintiff A suffered images on the part of the instant electric operation equipment attached to the terminal part of the Plaintiff A due to an error in contact with the part of the contact.
(2) On January 20, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) was hospitalized in the Sungsung Hospital, and was discharged on February 5, 2016, when the instant accident occurred; and (b) was hospitalized on January 20, 2016 at the instant hospital until January 20, 2016; and (c) was discharged on February 5, 2016.
[Ground of recognition] The plaintiff asserted that there was no dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, 7, 12 (including paper numbers, hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul evidence Nos. 1, 4, and 5, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 4, and 5, and the purport of the whole oral argument, and the plaintiff's claim that liability for damages occurred due to the overall purport of the oral argument, the defendant neglected to manage the part concerning the contact area of the instant electrical operation, and caused the plaintiff Gap's injury.
The defendant needs to actively treat the injury of this case, such as antibiotics, removal of the dead body, and active treatment such as skin transplant surgery, but only treating the video room as disinfection.
