Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime around 01:18, at the Defendant’s home located in Sacheon-si B, 102 Dong 304 around April 2017, connected to the Chinese website (C) and downloaded the video files.

The above file is a video recording that a person whose name is unknown intrudes the IP camera installed in the place of residence of the victim's name in which the victim's name was not known, and the victim taken the body of the victim.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant kept the above video files, around April 19, 2017, at the above Defendant’s house (hereinafter “D”), created a screen file necessary for accessing “D” to share the said video files through D program, and then distributed the same to many unspecified persons who use D by posting a title “E” attached thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided an unspecified person with pictures taken against his will by using mechanical devices such as a camera, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

2. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 09:47, at the same place as Paragraph 1, around April 2017, and connected to the Chinese website (C) and downloaded the video files.

The above file is a video recording that a person whose name is unknown intrudes the IP camera installed in the place of residence of the victim's name in which the victim's name was not known, and the victim taken the body of the victim.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant kept the above video files, around April 19, 2017, around 09:47, the Defendant created a screen file necessary for accessing “D” to share the said video files through D program, and then distributed the same to many unspecified persons who use D by posting a title “F” attached thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided an unspecified person with pictures taken against his will by using mechanical devices such as a camera, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

3. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime around 13:53 on April 21, 2017.
