A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a tent and opened it in E-art operated by the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) opened one string in the market value of 30,000 won at that location.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 575,300 won of the damage amount over 20 times, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from around December 2, 2017 to May 6, 2018.
