When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:20 on September 30, 2014, the Defendant driven B AD car at the section of approximately 300 meters from the non-cafeteria located in the river basin in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the roads of Hancheon-ro 1013, the same Gu, from the non-cafeteria located in the river basin to the roads of Hancheon-ro 1013.
