A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes related to fraudulent issuance of credit cards;
A. On September 201, the Defendant, while serving in B, had been provided with documents necessary for the subscription of pension insurance, such as a copy of resident registration certificate, from Gomoon C, while holding the same in custody, used the same and used a credit card to be used by himself.
(1) On October 22, 2011, the Defendant: (a) requested D without knowledge of the fact to issue a credit card and requested D to issue a credit card; and (b) made D to write “C”, “C”, “resident registration number E”, “G”, “S”, “S”, “S”, “S”, “S”, “S”, “Postal Bank”, “S”, “Post Office”, “Credit Number H, Settlement Date”, “24 days”; (c) “application for credit security service”, “2 October 22, 2011”, “C” and “C”, respectively, on the same day.
(2) The Defendant had the said D, as above, prepare an “application for membership of a credit card member,” and immediately signed the “application for membership of a credit card member,” stating the “personal (credit) information inquiry, collection, use, and provision” as “C, 22 October 201,” and “C,” respectively, by using an authorized color pen.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for membership of a new personal card member, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and one copy of the personal information inquiry, collection, use, and provision written consent.
B. The Defendant at the time and place indicated in the preceding paragraph was duly formed by the said D’s filing of an application for membership of a personal card with the said D, and one copy of the personal (credit) information, collection, use, and provision written consent, to an employee who is not aware of the fact that the name of the said new card is unknown.
