Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of 0.141% of alcohol during blood without obtaining a driver’s license on September 21, 2016, the Defendant driven a Cgpppp car from approximately 300 meters in a section of about 300 meters to the road adjacent to the driver’s license, from the office of Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, 262 at the 262 office at the nivep electricity of Gyeonggi-si to the 893 hand-ro of the same page.

On August 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a coo car from approximately 4km to D without obtaining a driver's license on around 10:10 on August 3, 2017, and from the 262-side electric current at the Kimpo-si to the coo village located in the west-ri in both cities and Eup in the same city.

1. On February 2, 2017 to March 2017, the Defendant embezzled the driver’s license of a motor vehicle that was lost by the victim B in front of his/her influorous brea, in front of his/her trade name located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and did not take necessary measures, such as returning the license to the victim.

2. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a cub car in G without obtaining a driver’s license from around 11:40 on June 23, 2017, and driving a cub car in G from around about 10km to the F hospital located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Seoyang-si.

On June 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the F Hospital’s parking lot, on June 23, 2017, the Defendant: (b) was required to submit a driver’s license to a police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the police station of the Dong-dong Police Station of the Busan-dong Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report of fire suspicion on the said vehicle; (c) obtained the driver’s license as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and presented the driver’s license to a police officer, who was in custody on the ground and used the official document as one’s own.
