Punishment of the crime

around 22:30 on September 30, 2018, the Defendant took a bath to the victim D (year 52) (year 52) who performed drinking at a certain place while drinking alcohol in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and collected beer’s disease, which is a dangerous thing at the same place, and discharged the head of the victim from the beer’s disease.
