1. Defendant I shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for a crime set forth in subparagraphs 2016 and 3208.

Defendant
On July 29, 2015, I was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 19, 2015.
