Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Electronic Commerce Finance Act at the Daegu District Court on February 8, 2018, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 12, 2018.

On November 22, 2017, the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident and received insurance money under the name of repair cost, and around 03:09, the Defendant and B conflict with the employee in charge of the name in charge of the Mediation Center for the Damage AXA Non-Life Insurance Call Center at the Dispute Resolution Center around November 22, 2017, " around 02:57, the Defendant and B had been driving the CM car on the roads near the Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Coastal Sea.

“To report a traffic accident”.

However, in fact, the Defendant and B parked the said ADD car on the road at around 02:57 on November 22, 2017 in order to raise the repair cost for the ADD car, and the Defendant and B intentionally caused the said AD car while driving the AD car once every time.

Accordingly, the Defendant and B conspired with each other to cause a traffic accident but caused the accident intentionally, they belong to an in-finite employee in charge of the name of the victim company as if it were a traffic accident which occurred by the intention of the traffic accident, and in this context, they claimed 27,614,556 won from the victim company, but they attempted to cancel the receipt of the report of the traffic accident due to the occurrence of punishment.
