Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Cheongju District Court on July 9, 2008, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 22, 2009, and Defendant A completed the execution of the above punishment on January 14, 2009.

1. From Oct. 9, 2009 to Nov. 25, 2009, the Defendant operated the said storage in the term “region” repository located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to Nov. 25, 2009, the Defendant sold pseudo petroleum products manufacturers with 93,00 literss equivalent to 93,00 square meters from the end of Nov. 2009 to Aug. 201, and sold approximately 60,00 lives, Toluene 229t, and approximately 524 mpis to pseudo petroleum products manufacturers.

Accordingly, the Defendant supplied and sold Toluene, Methol, and solvents, a petrochemicals, in collusion with F, G, H, and I, for the purpose of manufacturing and using pseudo petroleum products.

2. The J repository-related Defendant sold approximately KRW 1.6 million (=8 months x 30 days x 30 days x 20,000 liters) to pseudo petroleum products manufacturers, etc., of approximately approximately approximately KRW 233 tons of luene, approximately approximately KRW 143t, and approximately KRW 125t of pseudo petroleum products supplied by the Defendant at the Defendant’s management department located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun-gun-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun-gun, and from August 201 to March 2012.

As a result, the Defendant supplied and sold Toluene, Methol, and solvents, a petrochemicals, with a view to manufacturing or using pseudo petroleum products.
