Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to take a body of women, the defendant posing about 3 meters of bricks into the inner side of the paper, and made smartphones location at the inner side of the paper so that they can take outside of the inner side of the paper, and fixed smartphones.

On August 19, 2014, from around 17:47 to 19:02 of the same day, the Defendant got away from the back of many female victims due to the name-unclaimed in the name of the new world department store located in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, the Defendant taken a bridge and spath of the victims following the victim's bridge by using the dynamic image shooting function of smartphones located in the front side of the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims of a large number of women who could cause a sense of shame using smartphones against their will.
