1. The plaintiffs' lawsuits against defendant E are dismissed.
2. For the plaintiffs:
(a) Defendant Gyeonggi-do is KRW 5,000,000 and this shall apply.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The Plaintiff C is a student who was enrolled in the first and second grade 5 of the I Middle School established and operated by the Defendant Gyeonggi-do around 2010, and the Plaintiff C is the mother of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff B is the Plaintiff C’s opinion. 2) The J was the Plaintiff C’s fenced teacher, K was the student director of the I Middle School (hereinafter “school indication”), L was the assistant principal, and M was the school principal.
