Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: “No. 146 of the operation of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 1)” in the column for the location of the file in the form of a real estate lease contract using a computer at a store in Seoul (hereinafter referred to as Seoul) around November 2015; “No. 146 of the operation of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 2”); “No. 1,000,000 won,00 won,00 won,000 won,000 won,000 won, c; resident registration number D; “, in the lessee column”; resident registration number E; name E; and name F; and the Defendant was identified by the name of C.

C’s painting, and the F’s seal was stamped by the name of F.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of a real estate lease agreement in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at around that time, exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if he were a document that had duly formed a forged real estate lease contract at the Dobong-ro 17, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and had no knowledge of the forgery at the Dobong-gu tax office.
