Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on October 4, 2018, the Defendant reported the Victim D, which had been found to be a parking issue in front of the “C,” which was located in the city of the Government, and used the Victim D by hand, sleeping, cutting, and rhing the Victim’s head and shoulder with his hand, and hicking the Victim’s face with his hand, and hicking the Victim’s shoulder at the victim’s hand, and hicked the Victim’s shoulder at two times.
