Basic Facts

Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Foundation”) is a juristic person operating the E Hospital located in Ulsan-gu D (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendants Hospital”), and Defendant C is a doctor belonging to the Defendants Hospital.

The Plaintiff is a person who received medical treatment from Defendant C at the hospital of the Defendants.

On August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff complained of the right-free kne, was hospitalized at the Defendants’ hospital, and was diagnosed by the right-hand salkes, etc., and was discharged from the Defendant C on August 16, 2014, following the diagnosis on the right-hand salkes, etc. (hereinafter “the first operation”).
