Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The suspect is the actual representative of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and D, which is a user who runs the business of manufacturing cosmetics using seven full-time workers.

1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.
