1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 108,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

① On June 19, 2007, the Plaintiff engaging in a construction business has concluded a new construction contract with the Defendant for the construction of the fourth floor of land C, with the aggregate of the construction cost of KRW 1.15 million from June 20, 207 to November 30, 2007, and the construction cost of KRW 1.15 billion from June 20, 2007, and the period of KRW 208 billion from November 20, 2007, to KRW 208 billion from June 20, 2007, and the Plaintiff may again have concluded a new construction contract for the construction of the fourth floor of land C with the Defendant, with the aggregate of the construction cost of KRW 9.2 billion from June 20, 2007, to KRW 208 billion from June 20, 2007, to KRW 2088 billion from June 20, 2007.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 18 million won of the unpaid construction amount and the damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is obvious on the day following the second day of pleading in which the plaintiff expressed his/her intention to reduce the claim amount against the defendant.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons of the judgment as per Disposition.
