1. The Defendant is based on the ratio of KRW 70 million to KRW 15% per annum from October 11, 2017 to the full payment date.

According to the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff, it is recognized that the Defendant borrowed KRW 70 million from the Plaintiff on May 9, 2016, and there is no other counter-proof evidence. However, according to the above fact of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 70 million and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.

The defendant's assertion is without merit, since the defendant is dissatisfied with the facts of the plaintiff's lending, or the loan certificate (A1) submitted by the plaintiff as evidence is acknowledged.
