Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving C-Scar cars.

On December 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of 18:00, and proceeded at a speed that is impossible to identify one lane from the beginning side of the west through a 51 gold-hoon 1st century, which is the first line in front of the front door of the Simsan.
