When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2015, the Defendant is a driver of the BM5 vehicle, and was driving the said vehicle at approximately 4 km from the roads in front of the BM5 vehicle, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, to the snow bamboo at about 0.062% under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.062%.
