Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 20, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 to a fine for a crime of violating road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court on March 20, 201, and on March 6, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating road traffic laws in the same court.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a 2.2D car on the ground that he/she is a DNA car in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving).

On July 27, 2015, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on July 14:00, and had the road front of the “F” main point located in Youngcheon-si E while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.155% in blood during blood, go back from the center of the Youngcheon-gu Central church.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. Voluntary accompanying consent would lead to the occurrence of traffic accidents as referred to in Paragraph 1 of the above, and thus, the defendant would be punished. As such, the defendant's voluntary accompanying consent would lead to the defendant's death.
