A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2013, the Defendant borrowed KRW 18 million to the victim D in front of the Gu-U.S. Hospital B located in Gu-U.S., and was registered in the name of E and F as a security, but he operated with the key and vehicle registration certificate.

On March 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the said BMW car parked in front of the Victim D’s House located in the Gu-U.S. Si, Si-S.; and (b) stolen it by driving it with an auxiliary heat that had been in possession of the said BM car.
