Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 30 through 34 and 45 shall be confiscated.

The history of the crime

1. On October 20, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence due to larceny, etc., and on July 15, 2010, the period of suspended sentence was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a crime of larceny, etc., and on October 1, 2010, the said judgment became final and conclusive, and the said suspended sentence became null and void and the execution of each of the said suspended sentence was terminated on September 25, 2012.

2. On October 31, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to the crime of larceny and intrusion upon residence.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at around 02:00, the date and time of theft of the Victim’s F Driver’s driver’s license from May 2, 2013 to around 03:0, the Defendant opened a door of the car using gallon’s stallon boat in the Victim D’s Egallon’s parking lot for the second floor in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and cut off one digital camera at the victim’s market price located in the gallon’s string line and then cut off the 1.360,00 won of the victim’s market price within the galke line. However, in light of the date and time of the Defendant’s refusal of the above driver’s license (paragraph (2) and the Defendant’s prosecutor’s office record) and the date and time of correction of the above driver’s license from March 30, 2013.

Since the victim’s “G” in the No. 8 of the crime sight table under paragraph (1) of the facts charged appears to be a clerical error in H, it shall be corrected and recognized as “H.”

Habitually, money and valuables worth KRW 30,060,000 were stolen over 13 times in total.

2. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents filed an application for the opening of an account at the point of Gancheon-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the 341-65, the Gansan Station of the Bank located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to present an identification card from the employees of the bank in the name of the Defendant.
