Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of forging (excluding the portion of the crime without charge), exercising the above investigation documents, and occupational breach of trust among the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to occupational breach of trust by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles
