Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a Clearning car.

On May 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at around 12:10, and continued to drive the local highway No. 799, located in the Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-do, according to one-lane to be assigned from the shot-do.

Since this part of the road was opened on the left side, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely operating the steering gear and operation of the steering gear.
