The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 19:00 on October 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) abused at the event site near the small river site near the small river site located in Yongcheon-si, 343, the highest radio route; (b) committed assault against the victim, who was subject to the control from the victim D (Nam, 22 years of age), who is a broadcast event guide, “I am the same bit son, NA son son son son. 2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant on December 13, 2016, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
