A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Upon receipt of a notice of public duty personnel call, the defendant shall respond to the call within three days from the date of call.

On December 12, 2012, the Defendant received a muster notice under the name of the director of the regional military manpower office in Ulsan-dong Office from the Defendant’s office located in Ulsan-gu B to December 28, 2012. On December 14, 2012, the Defendant responded to the call from D on December 28, 2012 from the person in charge of the Busan regional military manpower office to the Ulsan-dong Office on December 28, 2012, but did not comply with the call without justifiable grounds by not later than three days after the date of call.
