The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, due to the summary of the grounds for appeal.

2. Although the judgment of the court below was led to the confession and reflect of the defendant, the amount of damage was not recovered even though the amount of damage was reasonable, and the victim was punished by the defendant, and in full view of various circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, etc., the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
