Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2016, around 06:12, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.087% from the 1km section to the front road of the luminous Gluan District located in 567 the same Gu, from a road where it is impossible to know that it is located in the Dong of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu.
