Defendant

A Imprisonment of two years and six months, each of the defendants B, C, and defendant D shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Both Defendants are foreigners of Vietnam’s nationality, and Defendants A, C, and Defendant D are illegal aliens whose period of stay expires, respectively. Defendants B are allowed to enter the Republic of Korea in the capacity of marriage immigrants and to stay until October 31, 2017. G is allowed to enter the Republic of Korea as non-professional employment and to stay until March 10, 2016, and H is allowed to enter the Republic of Korea as non-professional employment and to stay until March 10, 2016.

G, at around 15:00 on September 11, 2015, Defendant C, Defendant D, and H drinked an alcoholic beverage at the N cafeteria located in Daegu-gu Seogu, Daegu-gu, the said cafeteria, and the Defendant D and Defendant D, who found the said cafeteria, were able to drink the said cafeteria by drinking together with the Defendant D and the Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A. A.
