1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. shall repeatedly send any codes, words, sound, image, or motion picture that arouses fear or apprehension to any other person;

Nevertheless, at around 16:15 on February 17, 2019, the Defendant brought a dispute with the victim C at a mutually influent restaurant located in the Daegu-gu building B, Daegu-gu, and sent the victim’s mobile phone Kakaoox to “bold and unboomed until fluent fluent fluent fluent” to the victim’s mobile phone caroox outside the restaurant, as described in the attached list of crimes, and reached the victim repeatedly by no later than 30 times until May 22, 2019, as in the attached list of crimes.

Around 04:00 on April 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim had a horse or dispute with the victim under the Building D D, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) and (c) committed assault against the victim by putting the victim in fluorcing with fluorcing the victim; and (d) having the victim go beyond fluorc

On May 20, 2019, from around 12:50 to 14:00 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the G convenience store located in the Franchial underground shopping district in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant continued to walk the victim who is mixed with the victim, taking the victim’s bath to the victim, etc. for about one hour on the ground that the victim did not make an answer, and laid the victim a scam for the reason that the victim did not make an answer, and laid down the scam for the victim’s head scam and scam with the hand scam of the victim, and laid down the victim’s clothes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force.
