Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in the distribution business of steel in the name of Suwon-si, Suwon-si F 102 202 dong, G Co., Ltd.

The defendant, who is engaged in the steel distribution business, is the owner of the steel product, and the owner of the steel product should confirm how to sell the steel product, and there was a duty of care to enter the quantity and kind of steel, purchase price, seller, etc. in the purchase ledger.

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant received a request for sale on the condition that “the transaction is in cash and is not issued with various tax-related statements, and must write in I’s name on the acceptance certificate,” and neglected the above duty of care, and thereby neglecting the above duty of care.
