Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 48) were dead for about 18 years, and they were hedging around March 2019.

At around 17:30 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant was waiting for the victim on the top of the "E" point located in Busan Dong-gu, where the victim works as an employee by driving a Crocketing car borrowed from the preceding day and waiting for the victim. The Defendant found the victim to walk together with F, who is male, and removed the window of the above car from F, and took the knife (No. 1, total length, 30cm, 18.2cm in length, and 18.2cm in length) with a dangerous object in possession, while the Defendant tried to start the above car to go to F, the victim was knife with the victim's hand, and the victim was knife with the above knife with the victim's hand, and caused the victim's loss to the victim's left hand in the course of treatment.

계속하여 겁에 질린 피해자가 피고인의 말에 따라 위 승용차에 탑승하자, 피고인은 위 승용차를 운전하여 G 쪽으로 진행하면서 피해자에게 “나쁜 년.” 등의 욕설을 하고, 위 식칼로 콘솔박스를 1회 내리친 다음, 본인의 가슴 위로 위 식칼을 가져다 대고 긋는 시늉을 하면서 “죽을란다.”라고 말하여 마치 당장에라도 자해를 할 것처럼 피해자를 위협하여, 같은 날 17:45경 부산 사상구 H에 있는 ‘I’ 앞 J에서 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관에게 체포될 때까지 피해자를 내리지 못하게 하였다.
