1. The Defendant’s registration of ownership transfer against the Plaintiff (the main office) of the Chuncheon District Court of Gangwon-do, 2013Na5630, and the Defendant’s counterclaim.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. As of February 16, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff and the Defendant the amount calculated by applying the respective rates of 5% per annum from April 26, 2014 to October 7, 2014; and (b) the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff and C the amount of 12,730,000 won, and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; and (c) from September 1, 2013 to Gangnam-si, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff and C the amount of 12,730,000 won, and from September 1, 2013 to the date of full payment, the 5th and 5th and 5th and 5th floor of the 5th class multi-family house of the D D reinforced concrete Port in Gangwon-si, and the 20th and 5th class of the residential house (hereinafter referred to as the “building”).
(1) The judgment to the effect that the Plaintiff and C shall pay an amount at the rate of KRW 1,250,000 per month from the completion date of delivery or from the date of loss of ownership (hereinafter “instant judgment”).
(2) On November 26, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application for a compulsory auction case for Chuncheon District Court Gangnam Branch E Real Estate E, which incurred expenses of KRW 2,679,360.
3) On January 19, 2015, the Plaintiff deposited 39,418,746 won as the cause of deposit with the Defendant as Gangwon District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Order 201,46 won as the cause of deposit.
