1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B is annually entitled to KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the period from March 12, 2020 to March 19, 2021.
Reasons
1. Chief;
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff’s relationship between the parties is a legally married couple who completed the marriage report on September 19, 1997 with Nonparty D, and Defendant B was a person who, knowing that D is in the marriage, has committed an act of inhumanity such as D and sexual intercourse from September 2016, and Defendant C is the husband of Defendant B.
2) The Plaintiff, on March 10, 2017, was aware of the fact that Defendant B and D’s act (i) committed a golf meeting with its employees on March 10, 2017, and (ii) the Plaintiff was aware of the fact that the Plaintiff was in office with Defendant B while talking with D, in the Red Sea and clothes, located in D’s home doping doping.
② On March 13, 2017, the Plaintiff drafted the Defendant B’s letter of commitment that he/she ought to abide by the family upon confirmation of Defendant B’s uncertainty with Defendant B, only Na, at an elementary school playground located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, as well as that he/she would not meet or contact D even in any future.
