Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Criminal facts

The defendant did not have the qualification certificate as an authorized broker, and therefore, he was willing to borrow a brokerage office from C with the qualification certificate as a certified broker.

1. On December 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant in Gwangju-dong-gu Office Office Officetel used by the Defendant as his office, “Seoul-dong-gu E”, “4(p) in building and site column; (b) one million won in the building and site column; (c) ten months from December 10, 2016 to December 10, 2016; (d) the date column “10 days from December 10, 2016; (c) Gwangju-dong-gu, EF (G); and (d) stated “Y-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, H apartment-gu, 305-802, C(I); and (e) stated that the Defendant’s seal created by the Defendant on the side of the name of the F-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Seoul-gu, and had the Defendant submit a forgery of the real estate before December 2017.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged, and exercised, one chapter of the monthly rent contract before real estate in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. No certified broker shall register the establishment of a brokerage office by fraud or other improper means;

On January 5, 2017, the Defendant had C submit a forged real estate monthly rent contract at the Dong-gu Office of Gwangju, Gwangju, and registered the establishment of the J real estate agent office by falsity.
