Defendant

A is the vice president of the company B located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, who has overall control over the affairs of the above company, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering work.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant violated the Mountainous Districts Management Act, at the time and place of entry in paragraph (1) above, and at the same time and place, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, committed the same violation as described in paragraph (1) above.

The Defendant violated the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act in relation to the Defendant’s business at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, and at the place specified in paragraph (1) above, A, an employee of the Defendant, committed the same violation as described in Paragraph (b)
