Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of publishing newspapers and cultural business, and Log Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Rog Media”) is a company with the purpose of planning performances, etc.

The defendant is a local public enterprise established in accordance with the Daejeon Metropolitan City Ordinance of the Daejeon Marketing Corporation, and manages and operates the X-Sa Science Park located in 480 according to the Daejeon Sung-gu Daejeon Pream Zone.

B. On May 2, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a “joint investment and co-operation agreement” with the content that “2014 EM events” (hereinafter “instant event”) are jointly held within the EXE Science Park.

(12) Eul is recognized as being in advance in relation to the promotion of the re-production project of the X-K Science Park, and if it is impossible for Eul to use the original site as a result of the promotion of the re-production project of the X-K Science Park, the venue of the event may be adjusted to the light plaza, etc. of the X-K Science Park, and in such a case, the cost of use of the event site paid by Eul shall be determined by Gap's property.
