A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million and by a fine of KRW 3 million, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On February 8, 2017, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) committed assaulting the victim I (52 tax) and the cost of parking on the way in front of the “H restaurant” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Defendant B committed assault, such as the victim I (52 tax) and the cost of parking on behalf of the victim. Defendant B was spawning the victim’s breath, spathing the victim’s breath, and Defendant A was spading the victim’s spath, spading the victim’

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim, such as cryp dump dump, which requires treatment for about 21 days.

B. On February 8, 2017, at around 01:40, the Defendants: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the same grounds as indicated in the above “1.A”; and (b) demanded to present a written confirmation of arrest during the process of requesting the Defendant B to produce the arrest confirmation form during the Kaba which was sent to the K Police Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (c) cut the lower part of the arrest confirmation form used by the police officer affiliated with the above police box and cut the remainder; and (d) cut the Defendant A with the said confirmation form.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to injure the public document arrest certificate.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant A damaged the property by cutting down I’s breabage at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph “1. A” and cutting down I’s breabbage so that it would be worth KRW 250,000 for repair cost to the victim L.

B. Definite Defendant A made a public insultd the victim by referring the victim to the police box of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station’s police box to “Sach finch finch finch finch,” “Sach finch finch,” “spinch finch,” “spinch,” and “spinch finch, finch, and finch finch” to the police box of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station at the same time and place as indicated in the above paragraph “1. A”.

Defendant A, while under the influence of around 01:00 on February 8, 2017, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, committed a "station" at the police box, which is a public office in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ.
