Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a 1 ton cargo vehicle of D class III.

On May 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 08:10, and proceeded at a speed of about 64.3 km from the side of the mountain to the east of the national agricultural product quality manager, which is located in 136, to the territorial hot spring.
