1. The Defendant: KRW 35,767,803 to Plaintiff A; KRW 22,629,527 to Plaintiff B; and each of them, from December 17, 2012 to January 2017.

Basic facts C is the owner of the five-story building (hereinafter referred to as "the building in this case") of Ulsan-gu D's ground reinforced concrete hub D', Ulsan-gu, and the plaintiffs and E are the lessees of the building in this case.

The evidence No. 1-2, No. 4, 8, and No. 2-C. The Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with C on October 29, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the second floor of the instant building with the lease deposit of KRW 15,00,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 1,600,000 (where the Plaintiff, a lessee, pays KRW 5,00,000 by May 5, 2013; (c) the remainder of the lease deposit is KRW 1,50,000; and (d) from November 5, 2012 to November 4, 2014; and (d) operated the restaurant from October 30, 2012 to November 5, 2012.

Nos. 4 and 5 of A. B. On September 13, 2012, the Plaintiff leased the three-story of the instant building from C with the trade name of “G main store” and operated the main store from around that time after completing the registration of business with the trade name of “G main store” as of September 20, 2012 and operating the main store from that time.

On November 3, 2008, E leased each of the lease deposit of KRW 30,000,000 for the first floor of the instant building, monthly rent of KRW 900,000 for the lease deposit (excluding value-added tax) and the lease period of November 3, 2008 to November 2, 2010 for the lease period of KRW 30,00,000 for the instant building, and operated “H singing room” (hereinafter “instant singing room”).

On April 19, 201, E entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant as the subject matter of insurance, with the total amount of KRW 170,00,000 as the subscription amount, KRW 500,000 as the security for liability for fire and property damages, and the insurance period from April 19, 201 to April 19, 201 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The instant insurance contract contains the special clause for liability for fire and property damages.

The instant insurance contract is stipulated in the instant insurance contract.
