1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the party 1) Defendant GJ clan (hereinafter “Defendant clan”)

(2) On January 7, 1928, K is the mediation division of the plaintiffs who died on January 15, 1987, and L is the plaintiffs who died on June 15, 1987, and K and L and their descendants are written as clan members in the family register of the defendant clan.

B. As to the registration of transfer of ownership on the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 attached hereto 1), K and nine others are real estate listed in the attached Table 1 on December 15, 1918 (hereinafter “the instant forest land”).

In light of the circumstances, on December 2, 1971, the defendant clan M et al., and six other members of the defendant clan were registered as the registration of ownership preservation (hereinafter referred to as the "registration of ownership preservation of the defendant 1") with respect to the above 1 forest land as the Suwon District Court Registration Office No. 15644 on December 20, 1971.

(2) On the other hand, the defendant clan completed the transfer of real estate ownership (amended by Act No. 3094 of Dec. 31, 1977 and enforced from March 1, 1978 to December 31, 1984; hereinafter referred to as the "Special Measures Act")

() Pursuant to the Act, as to the above 1 forest land, Suwon District Court's Suwon District Court's Registration Office of 13665, Sept. 6, 1980, which completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant clan (hereinafter "the registration of transfer of ownership") on the ground of the donation made by October 20, 1972.

C. On December 15, 1918, the title transfer registration 1) K and nine other real estate indicated in the separate sheet 2 (hereinafter “instant forest land”) is deemed as real estate indicated in the separate sheet 2 on December 15, 1918.

(2) On December 2, 1971, the registration of ownership preservation (hereinafter “registration of ownership preservation”) of the defendant clan No. 15656, which was received on December 2, 1971 from the Suwon District Court of Suwon on December 2, 1971, No. 15656, which was the N et al. of the defendant clan. (hereinafter “registration of ownership preservation”).

(2) On the other hand, the defendant clan has completed the above 2 forest land in accordance with the Act on Special Measures.
