Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:00 on May 28, 2014, the Defendant driven a d-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around the Agricultural and Fishery Products Market located in Ansan-si, 312 to the 3km of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si. In addition, the Defendant driven a d-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 3km.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D-wing and cargo vehicle.

On May 28, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle and proceeded along the front roads of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the treatment 3 apartment room, with the limit of 1-lane from the 3rd apartment room to the limit of 1-lane.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated a D-wing truck, which did not purchase a mandatory automobile insurance policy at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
